Returns Policy

Abracadabra Parties has grown on the quality and uniqueness of its products and we strive to extend this to the service we  provides to our customers. We believe a happy customer is a loyal customer who will always come back based on satisfaction.

PHYSICAL PRODUCT RETURNS: Each physical order is carefully packed before dispatch to ensure you are getting a quality product. However, should an item arrive faulty or damaged, we will happily arrange replacement, exchange or a refund.

If you choose to exchange a product for any other reason then the delivery costs are non-refundable unless we have made an error on your order. The goods must be returned in original condition, unopened and unused and must be received within 30 days of purchase accompanied with proof of purchase, your name, contact details and reason for return. Items may be exchanged for items of the same value or in exchange for a credit note to the value of the item. Credit notes are valid for 12 months.

All returns must be pre-arranged with management and returned to us within 30 days of purchase. It is advisable to take insurance on your return post as we will not be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in delivery.

DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS: Due to the nature of these items we do not accept returns. In the case of customised items we always provide a proof prior to delivery. If after a proof has been approved we should make an error we will endeavour to correct it as soon as possible.
