Shipping & Delivery of Physical Products

Allow up to 7 days for Australian domestic orders. We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products. Delivery times for international orders do vary and depends upon the destination. Please allow an estimated 2-4 weeks for international delivery.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only.

Shipping & Delivery of Downloadable Digital Products

All our digital products are accessible immediately after payment is received, except whether customisation is required. Upon completion of payment you will be taken directly to the download section of your account whether you will find a list of all the items you have purchased. Within this list will be a link to download the files to your computer for printing. An email with a review of your order is also sent to your email address and will include a download link as well. It is your obligation to enter the correct email address details at the time of ordering to ensure prompt delivery of this email. Should you enter the wrong address, please contact us for assistance.

Customised Digital Products

Delivery of customised products does take a little longer. After payment you will be taken to a form where you can enter the necessary information required to complete your order. After receipt of this information we will email you a proof (usually within 24hrs) which you will need to approve. This can simply be done via a return email. Once this approval has been received we will email you the final files usually within 24hrs.

Product Availability & Status

In-stock: Usually ships within 24-48 hours.

On Order: This product is not currently in stock.

Pre Order: This product has not been released as yet and will display a future date.

Release Dates: We do our best to supply and update you with the most current information available; however, product release dates are subject to change at short notice.

Limited Stock Available: means the product is almost sold out and will be discontinued thereafter. You are unable to order more than the stock we have available.

Security Policy

We will only use your personal information for the strict management of your order and will not disclose this information to any third parties. When purchasing from us your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. Your personal information is stored in a secure manner and is used only for the purpose for which you provided it.

Pricing

All prices, charges and transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. We will always sell our products at the recommended retail price (excluding sale items) however we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We will not be responsible for any currency conversion charges you may incur.
